I hereby declare today as the beginning of an era. Am I royalty or a political leader you may ask, and I am not. I am however the Queen of my own life and today (looking at a DreamWorks type moon in the sky), I am determined that today will mark the start of an era in mine.
If I face the facts, I’ve neglected my health and well-being with way too much ‘screen time’ and ‘foodie time’, for a tad too long. This era is going to be about me. Realising more of my potential in health, relationships, career and life.
I’m determined and excited to look back on this day as a turning point. I will also dedicate more time to my writing so stay tuned! (Also part of the new era plan).
